Where possible we will take your case on a No Win No Fee basis. However, in the current employment climate, there will be times where we are unable to do so, in these situations we need to work on an hourly rate.
For example: Disciplinary Meeting Fees are charged at an hourly rate of $280+gst per hour.
Every case is different and we are very fair with our fees.
