We are an independent employment advocacy company with experts nationwide who specialise in resolving workplace employment issues and obtaining settlements for employees. Our focus is on providing access to justice for people who might not otherwise be able to afford it and support for employers with restructuring, performance and disciplinary issues and employment agreements etc. on a case by case basis.
Knowledge of employment law is required. This is ideal for experienced HR professionals or people with law degrees and with experience or an interest in Employment Law. We would only be interested in speaking to an experienced employment Advocate with an excellent track record.
Your own vehicle is a must as you will be required to attend meetings with clients.
Competent computer skills and client interviewing skills are required to carry out this role. Collaborative, innovative and supportive environment
Note This is a Contractor only role, pay is on commission.
The remuneration is by commission only. Remuneration depends on your success rate and availability to take cases.
